WHAT DO I BRING IN FOR MY EVENT?

All decorations (table, welcome table, dessert table, rehearsal dinner food, bar, aisle, etc), caterer, dessert, flowers, and music/sound system. All of our couples will get a list of suggested local retailers we recommend. This can help make your day as stress-free as possible! However, we welcome any of your chosen professionals for your wedding ceremony or reception at our venue in Wisconsin.

WHAT DOES COYLAND SUPPLY?

 All beverages including alcoholic or non alcoholic while on property (no carry ons), accent tables, guest tables and chairs, table linens, bartender (for weddings), garbages, and yard games.

WHERE IS REHEARSAL DINNER?

In the clubhouse! You bring in a food option and you can do a tab for your guests or have them pay for their own. Tables and chairs will be provided.

HOW DO WE RESERVE A DATE?

We just need half of your rental via check and the reservation contract signed and returned.

WHEN DO WE MEET?

You reach out and schedule a time. We do not do any walk in questions, tours or meetings. You can schedule an appointment whenever you need help with planning, how the day will run, questions on where you should be at etc. We are here and willing to help with whatever you need.

HOW FAR AWAY IS THE GUEST LODGING?

Guest lodging is available only 10 miles away in Siren, Wisconsin.

HOW MANY TABLES WILL I NEED DECOR FOR?

We can seat 9 people per table.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

We’ve got you covered! Our spacious outdoor pavilion is available to hold a wedding ceremony for up to 300 guests. The pavilion is equipped with a full bar, buffet room, food prep kitchen, walk-in cooler, and restrooms.
